The Mystery of Spring is one of the trickier side quests in Diablo 4's opening region, Fractured Peaks. Unlike most quests in the game, which require you, the wanderer, to do what you do best, which is kill a ton of stuff, Secret of the Spring challenges you to use your noodle to solve a puzzle. . But before embarking on this quest, remember that it's best to unlock the horse before you stray too far off the beaten path. In this Diablo 4 guide, we are going to show you how to find the Spring Quest secret and how to solve the infernal riddle. You can accept the Mystery of Spring quest north of the Cathedral of Light, which is the central landmark of Kyovashad, the capital of Fractured Peak. 
Head north on the outskirts of town until you need to climb a high peak in the Frigid Expanse sub-region. To the northeast of the room, you'll find scaffolding and a piece of parchment with the telltale blue exclamation point on it. Click it to get the Springtime Mystery riddle scroll, which reads: "A beacon of warmth in winter's embrace, patience rewarded by nature's grace." This will activate the side quest and send you on a little adventure. If you're having trouble locating the area, locate the Forsaken Quarry dungeon on your map and travel south. How to Solve the Mystery of the Spring Notes Puzzle With the puzzle in hand, follow the quest marker to the nearby hot spring, also located in the Frigid Expanse sub-region. Patience is the answer to this conundrum, but it manifests itself in a slightly different way than you might at first think: those just out of spring will be disappointed when they return. All you have to do to solve Secret of the Spring is get excited over the hot springs.
But unlike other quests like this in Fractured Peak, you might not have a patience emote or something on your emote wheel. You are looking for an emote called "Wait" and if it is not easily accessible, open your emote wheel and click on the "Customize" button on the screen. This will open the wheel and a list of emotes you can use. Assign Wait to a spot on your steering wheel, then close the menu.
Now that your emote is ready to use, stand near the pool and select "Wait". A second later, a treasure chest comes out of the ground. Grab it to complete the quest, earn XP, and more importantly, some reputation for Fractured Peaks.
